These Terms govern your use of the TT Shipping And Logistics website (the "Site") and any services we provide. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
TT Shipping And Logistics is a Bangladesh-based freight forwarding and logistics company offering sea, air and road freight, customs clearance, warehousing and related services.
Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated. Final charges may vary if actual cargo details (weight, volume, classification, route, regulatory conditions) differ from the information used for the quote. A booking is confirmed once we issue a written confirmation.
We act as a freight forwarder coordinating cargo movement through carriers, customs and delivery partners. We will provide service with reasonable care and skill and will keep you informed of important shipment updates.
Our liability for any loss, damage, delay or other claim related to a shipment is governed by the rules of the engaged carrier (such as Hague-Visby Rules for sea, Montreal/Warsaw Convention for air and CMR/local rules for road), the freight forwarder standard trading conditions applicable in Bangladesh, and the relevant transport document terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Clients are encouraged to obtain cargo insurance.
Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may incur reasonable interest or recovery costs. We may withhold cargo, documents or delivery in case of unpaid charges, to the extent permitted by law.
We do not handle cargo that is illegal, hazardous (unless declared and accepted in writing), or restricted under origin/destination regulations. Misdeclared cargo may be returned, held or surrendered to authorities at the client's cost.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, port congestion, regulatory action, war or other emergencies.
All content on this Site — text, design, logos, graphics — belongs to TT Shipping And Logistics or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
